Morrowind Tools and Utilities
The Downloadable Morrowind Interactive Map can be found here
Overunity.
Taken directly from the readme file.
You only see the mods you want to use, you can sort them by Name, Date, Author or
Size. You can remove any number of mods all at once, you can immediately activate
all mods used by a savegame and receive a report of missing mods, in case you've
re-installed Morrowind.(makes a text file for later reference)
You can even use a fuzzy-logic search to find multiple versions of a plugin! this
helps if you have a "battle_arena.esp" installed, along with a "BatleArena.esp",
this would immediately point out the possibility of a conflict. Now with
variable percentage of similarity! (beats eyeballing hundreds of mods for
similarities!! also makes a text file output for later reference)
You can also scan any number of mods all at once, receiving a report of all broken
file links, including Nif references to textures. (makes a text file for later reference by
the modder)
The modders will love this one, so far a good percentage of plugins are missing a
few files. I've added the ability to explore all files in use by a mod and
build an installation fully intact. You can choose not to include resources
from other plugins if your mod depends on these other plugins(install only what's
yours in order to decrease archive size) via the Exclusive Scanner.
(makes a text file recording broken links in the .esp and associated .nif files)
Finally, you can check your plugins media references against all other plugins in your
Data Files directory with the Shared Resource scanner. This allows you to determine
whether the resources you're using are the ones you intend to distribute.
Often a modder can get confused about which resources are unique to his/her mod
and this results in an oversized final product without knowing of compatibility issues.
Also as a result of the Shared Resource scanner, you can now thoroughly destroy any plugins
you no longer desire to keep!
DEFAULT MORROWIND RESOURCES ARE OVERLOOKED BY ALL SCANNERS/INSTALLATION BUILDERS!
THEY ARE COPYRIGHT TO BETHESDA AND NO-ONE MAY DISTRIBUTE THEM.
When you're all ready to go, hit the "Play" button and it'll run Morrowind!
(or the FPS optimizer if installed).

TESFaithSharp.
Taken from the included readme file.
TESFaith was a utility written by Paul Halliday (aka Lightwave,) that
can be used to move/copy/delete individual cells, entire regions or
the contents of whole plugins. Unfortunately it was a console application,
and a lot of the otherwise great modders over at the elder scrolls forums
wouldn't know what a dos prompt was if it bit them. So I bring you all
TESFaith#: TESFaith with a spangaly new GUI, nice big easy to use buttons
and about 10x the memory usage. Enjoy.
WARNING: This is a _BETA_ version. Most of the code is a direct port
of the original TESFaith, but I make no guarantee’s that I haven't
buggered something up while porting it.
This is a .NET application. You need .NET v1.1 to run it. Download
either from windows update, or from this oversized url:

NIFTexture.
Taken from the included Helpfile.
NIFTexture is a simple program designed to allow you to modify the
textures used in NIF (NetImmerse) 3D model files. This allows you to
reuse existing models with new, custom textures. It was specifically
designed to work with The Elder Scrolls: Morrowind NIF files but may
work with NIF files for other games as well. The program cannot create
new NIF files and only allows the editing of the texture filenames.

Downloadable Morrowind Clothing Catalog.
Here's a quote from the site:
While working on my Morrowind mod in the Construction Set, I found
it difficult to remember what the clothing items looked like. Dressing
a new NPC was just guesswork. You can't even use the Editor's Preview
window since it shows the garments folded up. So I created a reference
guide, "Klinn's Morrowind Clothing Catalog". It's an MS Word 97 document
with thumbnail images of each item along with its ID code.
This catalog is good for seeing what each piece of clothing looks like
in Morrowind. Quite handy when you're deep within the Construction Set
and can't remember what a particular shirt looks like.

TESAME : The Elder Scrolls Advanced Mod Editor.
Make sure you read the included ReadMe file and heed the warnings
therein. And here's what the developer has to say about it.
"TESAME cleans mods by physically chopping out information from
the ESP-file. I can't take any responsability for what might happen when
removing certain data. Always keep a backup."
This has to be one of the most important tools available to the modder,
if not THE most important.

Morrowind Immersive Architect
From the included HTML file :
The idea behind this tool is to utilize the Morrowind game
engine as a world building tool. It allows towns/citys to be built in-game
instead of using the construction set. Placeholder items are carried in
inventory, and are dropped on the ground to place building meshes in
the game world. When the town is built, save your game and use the
Morrowind Immersive Architect utility to copy your newly built city
into a plug-in file.

BookGen
From the included HTML file :
BookGen is a limited text editor that provides a quick and easy method
of generating HTML source code for use with Morrowind books. No prior
knowledge of HTML is required. Simply type in your text and click
convert or export, and BookGen does the rest.

BSA Browser v1.0
From the included HTML file :
This utility allows you to browse, pack, unpack, and register Bethesda
Softworks Archive (bsa) files with a user friendly interface. This
program was inspired by Ghostwheel's BSAPack (which the program uses
to perform 3 of the 4 functions mentioned), and Splender of the Ashlands'
BSA Reader, which are both command line utilities. BSA Browser is ideal
for those 'who get lost and panicky at the words "commandline".

GMST Cleaner
From the included HTML file :
The accompanying archive (zip) file must be extracted to the
C:\Program Files directory. Due to some unexpected limitations with
the code, certain folders and files must have a specific location;
changing or moving these files will result in the program not working.
To avoid any confusion, I have named the zip file Extract to Program Files.

Morrowind Scripting for Dummies v8
Quote from the manual regarding scripting :
What is a script?
Scripts are basically pieces of code written in a special scripting
language (I will call it TES script from here on). These little "programs"
will run during the game and can perform certain things in the game, lots
of things actually: Trigger events, control time and place, make things
and creatures vanish, appear or move, give messages to the player, change
stats, even change the weather - the possibilities are great.
TES Script is a unique scripting language, it is not used outside the
TES Construction Set. As a scripting language it has certain limitations
compared to a "real" programming language, like, e.g. C++
NOTE: This is considered to be the :Programmer's Bible: for serious modders.

MWEdit
From the included HTML file :
MWEdit is an alternate editor for the Elder Scrolls: Morrowind RPG from
Bethesda. While it is similar in appearance and design to the official
Construction Set editor, it introduces new features that make creating
plugins easier.

TESFaith
From the included HTML file :
TESfaith is a utility to Move, Copy or Delete cells stored in a TES3
file (such as Morrowind: Elder Scrolls III). It also processes the
landscape and all objects associated with that cell. e.g. if you make
a copy of a region or cell (internal or external) then all objects
(NPCs, statics such as furniture, lighting, sound) will be copied with
it. Likewise if you move a cell all objects will be moved with it.

Skinner
From the included ReadMe file :
I'd been playing with the TES Construction set
for a week or so and had made so many mistakes
trying to re-skin using a Hex editor I thought
'There must be an easier way'. There wasn't.
Rather than moan about it I thought I'd use
my VB skills to make an easier way.
What does this program do?
It allows you to load a mesh (.nif) from
the TESCS CD, tells you the textures used,
allows you to rename the mesh and textures
then copies them to the relevant directories
in your Morrowind installation.

Morrowind Tutorials
DialogTut
From the included Help file :
This is a tutorial for developing dialogue in the TES Construction Set.
There are some existing tuts out there already, but none of them is purely
on dialogue; they combine dialogue with NPC creation and scripting
information. They also only cover a small portion of what's possible
with the dialogue interface in the CS. The goal of this tutorial is to
be comprehensive: it will cover pretty much everything you can do with
dialogue. It takes a step-by-step approach, introducing new concepts one
at a time, with several different examples of each before moving on

SkinTut
Taken directly from the .CHM Help file :
This is a tutorial on reskinning or retexturing objects using Dave
Humphrey's utility, NifTexture. There are several good tutorials out
there which were written before reskinning utilities were available,
but there seems to be a need for a tutorial which covers how the process
works with a utility.
